Global Petroleum Show Returns to Calgary June 10-12

The Global Petroleum Show is coming back to Calgary on June 10 through 12, and Edmonton Valve and Fitting will be there. This is a big show, with more than 60,000 attendees expected. They'll have plenty to see, including presentations on such things as specialty oil tools, plant shutdown and oilfield maintenance, and supply chain and logistics.

At the Swagelok booth we're highlighting over 27 Swagelok products used by our oil and gas customers, which include most of the names in the Alberta petroleum industry. We will be grouping these Swagelok parts by application in the field rather than by product families, so visitors can get a broader picture of how Swagelok can help them.

The list includes our line of Swagelok regulators. For some people who are used to working with valves, regulators can seem confounding at first. There’s a lot more to a regulator and the job that it performs. A regulator is always adjusting itself as it reacts to the processes going on around it. The Swagelok staff will be glad to talk about all the moving parts, including sensing elements and loading mechanisms.
