Because we have the components in-house, and factory-trained installers, we can do the job quickly and at a high level of quality - perhaps even higher than you are able to achieve in-house. You save time, probably save money, and can have full confidence in the work. Meanwhile, your own employees aren't diverted from their regular jobs.

Replacing a valve, regulator, or fitting for regular maintenance is one thing. Putting together a system or sub-assembly is a different job entirely. It takes time and the proper tools to do it right. It also takes expertise to use those tools properly.

There's no need to sweat through the job. Turn it over to our Custom Solutions department. They will pre-assemble the product for you. The job can be as simple as installing adapters on a valve or bending a single piece of tubing. But it can also be as involved as putting together entire sampling systems with complex configurations of custom bent tubing.

Computerized tube bender

Our tools include a computerized CNC tube bender that can handle the most complex compound bends, and store the specifications in its memory. That's a key advantage if you are likely to need more of the same assemblies in the future. You'll get exact copies without having to reverse-engineer the specs from an existing unit. We also have an orbital welder that creates a metal-to-metal arc weld in tubing.

Our custom solutions services also include hose assemblies. We can quickly produce hose in any custom length, and with any type of connection you want.

Within our custom solutions department we also offer pre-engineered subsystems (PrESS). These units use Swagelok components predesigned and pre-assembled for use anywhere that fluids are processed. They range from simple welds to complex manifolds. The list includes Fluid Distribution Headers, Sample Probe Modules, Calibration and Switching Modules, and others.

Best of all, our custom solutions are easy to acquire. Tell us what kind of assembly you need and what you want it to do. We don't design systems, but we will go over your requirements to make sure you get the best options of fittings for your particular circumstances. If you are unsure, we can guide you. We know pressure and temperature ranges of every item in the Swagelok line. We'll generate a quote, typically within 48 hours unless it's a highly complex project, and usually we'll include a drawing. After that, just send us a purchase order and we'll place the order.
