New! Edmonton Valve’s Tubing MTR Self-Serve Portal

Your tubing documentation is easy to access and just a click away

EVF tubing

We have been working hard in-behind-the-scenes to bring our customers an updated self-serve portal for accessing tubing Material Test Reports (MTR’s) - NOW LIVE!

MTR Doc. Request

We know there can be frustrations associated with delayed receiving due to missing documentation, which can also stall your project. With our new self-serve portal, we strive to keep you and your team productive by providing 24/7 access to our tubing documentation, always ready for when you need it.

How does it work?

The portal is easy to access through our website: Located under the Resource tab in our main navigation, click the drop down to the MTR & CRN Docs. Now that you are there, it’s easy to use and only requires three items:

  1. Part number
  2. Valid heat number
  3. Valid email address

Once you have entered the required information, you will receive an email with the relevant MTR documents to the email address you specified.

If some of the details were incorrectly input into the system, you will then receive an email with a reference number. At this point you can either: 1) resubmit the request; 2) call our office for assistance with the given reference number; or 3) click the provided link in the email which will submit a ticket to our team and one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you regarding your MTR request.

Available tubing documentation

To verify you have the correct certificates for your particular batch of tubing, we have added a feature to the self-serve page to also include lot numbers. And if a certificate is not found based on that information, remember you are able to request help by email or phone, whichever method you prefer!

(Please note that most of the MTR documents in our database are relevant to tubing purchases made through the Edmonton Valve & Fitting office and our two branch locations in Fort McMurray and Drayton Valley).

We haven’t forgot about CRN documents which are only one click away – these certifications are now hosted on Swagelok’s corporate site: https://www.swagelok.com/en/toolbox/certifications/by-category/alberta

If you have any questions regarding our customer portal for MTR documentation, it’s easy to send us a quick message and one of our associates will follow up with you on your inquiry.
