How to register on Swagelok.com
Anyone can register for an account. Completing the registration form puts the many online tools at your fingertips, such as ordering online, requesting quotes, storing favorite products, storing custom part numbers, saving and forwarding your shopping cart, and more.
STEP 1: To register online with Edmonton Valve & Fitting, go to Swagelok.com, and select the "Log In or Register" button on the top right-hand side of the screen. A pop up will appear. Click "Continue to Swagelok.com".
STEP 2: Select "Register Now" and enter your personal details to complete the registration form. You will be asked to set your own memorable password and ID.
STEP 3: Please read and accept the 3 site policies and select "I’m not a robot". Follow the on-screen instructions then click "Register".
How to upload parts lists
With an account on Swagelok.com you can easily upload your parts list that will tie directly into our business system to process as a quote or order. Using the eStore also gives you the ability to review and reference your purchase history.
STEP 1: Select "My Account" then "Upload Part List". This will take you straight to the instructions for how to upload a part list.
STEP 2: Download the Microsoft Excel template. Use the formatted layout within the document to input your order. Save the file in a Text Format.
STEP 3: Browse to search for the saved file and click "Upload to Cart" or "Upload to Quote". You can also add parts and notes by clicking "Bill of Materials".
